How to make appointments?

Appointments at Glen Waverley General Practice can be made by calling 8822 8399 or online via the booking page on our website.

Missed & Cancellation of appointments

Our practice requires 4 hours notice to cancel an appointment with the GP. In circumstances where 4 hours notice is not provided you may be charged a missed appointment fee on your next account.

Our GPs fees vary by provider however, most standard consultations are bulk billed for those with a medicare card.

Glen Waverley General Practice is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9.00am - 5.30pm Thursday, Friday 9.00am - 9.00pm Saturday 9.00am - 5:00pm

After Hours Care

When our practice is closed after hour locum services are provided to our patients. Please call Doctor Doctor on 132 660.


When you undertake tests referred by our doctors it is our practice policy that you make an appointment to come back and see your doctor for the results. Our practice is unable to provide test results over the phone.

Telephone Doctors

GPs are unable to be contacted during consulting unless specific arrangements have been made. In order to provide the best possible care, our GPs are unable to provide medical advice over the phone. It is in the best interest of the patient to make an appointment to see a GP.

Repeat Scripts

Should you require a repeat prescription please discuss this with your doctor at the time of consultation. If you run out of your prescription please make an appointment with your GP.

Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of this practice to maintain the security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorized members of staff. We abide by the National Privacy Principles.
